For those of you who don't know me, my name is Lizzie and I am a Community Manager here. Thanks for your replies here and for highlighting the delay with your payments. I'm sorry to hear you are experiencing this.
The good news is I have an update relating to those of you who noticed your payment(s) not showing in your Transaction History (for payouts July 18-20th, timezone may differ slightly). The Payments team identified the issue and I'm pleased to say it is now fixed. If you visit your Transaction History page you should now see the payment rescheduled and it will be on its way to you shortly.
We are really sorry for the concern this has caused and the delay. Let me know how you get on.
If the above doesn't apply to your payment delay, I am still looking into this further with the team–so will keep you posted if find out more, but hopefully the above resolves the issues for most of you here.

Just some remarks on this, as I am not sure if this resolves the issue:
- my payout date is July 13, so it is not in your mentioned time frame of July 18-20
- my payment has always shown up in the Transaction History and it still does. Due July 13...
- as a consequence, I do not see my payment rescheduled so far
Can you please update on that as well?
How is it with the other hosts?

Today it's finally showing pending in my checking account. Thank you to @Lizzie for diligent work on this. Not sure if this helps, but I called again last night and the nice rep who helped me said that the reason I still hadn't gotten help, was that my previous tickets had not been escalated to to the right team because the bug had not been identified at those times of calling in over several days. She assured me that her ticket was going straight to the proper team working on it. She also replied to my app message with my ticket number. The way she helped me was a breath of fresh air. Hoping other hosts get their payments resolved quickly. I'm very anxious to see if today's payout for a current guest happens as scheduled. Warm Regards to everyone.

i did get my payout. Just wanted to inform the community about this outcome to provide everyone with an unbiased feedback, when airbnb resolves items it’s fair to share it with everyone. Nonetheless, i would have appreciated an explanation to why this happened, because a lot of hosts felt like Airbnb who’s supposedly in trouble tried to retain cash flow from inattentive hosts. Everytime these issues occur, there’s a reputation cost for airbnb. And so since now the amount of travelers is limited, i would take this opportunity to fine tune your platform airbnb, it’s so buggy in many different ways. The same way a lot of hosts like me are taking this time to refine their listings, to come back stronger than before.

My payout issue is still unresolved. Airbnb is aware of it, as I've had many phone conversations and online messages reporting it. I've been told, repeatedly, that it's been "forwarded to a team member who can better assist me".
The situation is that a guest extended her stay from 10 days to 14 days. The original 10 days of her trip have been paid for. The extra four days appear correctly in my reservation total, but they do not appear in my transaction history, as upcoming or completed.
I'm encouraged to see that others have had success after mentioning the payout issue in this thread, and I'm hoping that I can be among them soon.

i can’t believe it. The previous payout got released, and now guess what? I have another guest who checked in yesterday, and the payout once again disappeared! This is absolutely insane! I When most of us thought the issue was resolved, it once again occurs. How should i feel about continuing hosting if every payout is not certain? Not to mention the lack of support, the I contacted airbnb for the previous payout, no answer and it’s been over a week. Luckily that one got released. This one will take again days before all of a sudden it gets released?
This is scary, it clearly shows that even your troubleshooting abilities are compromised. Glitches can happen, but issues troubleshooting issues is insanity.
@Lizzie i am having issues with another payout, rhis time unlike the previous time it does show in the transaction history and i did receive an email from airbnb but the money never arrived to my bank account. Is this something new? A new issue?
i’m just losing trust. Have another guest chcecking in today and don’t know if i’ll get paid for it.

We haven’t been paid for 5 guests since 21st July. The case manager is just ghosting me

I have sent a personal e-mail to the CEO of ABB today, referring to this community topic and the challenges we currently face with the payouts. I trust he will address the issue. So let‘s stay calm for another few days.
