My travellers booked my airbnb in 3rd of April. She was planning to come this weekend but she wants to cancel. She wants %50 refund. What should I do? Please could you answer as soon as possible? Thanks

@Arzu18 I would refund the 50% but its a personal decision that only you can make

If I was in your situation I would offer a complete refund if there is a lock down in your area or their area and they are unable to travel.
