Winter Release Q&A session

Superhost status (number of travels)

Superhost status (number of travels)

Dear All,

I am confused with the Superhost-status

last year I had 16 travels and thus became superhost

but this year there are only 6 travels and therefore I cannot be a superhost this year

is it not strange that travels dissapear?

or I am missing something?

thanks for your help

warm wishes

benjamin

Hi @Benjamin277  It seems that you have hosted a number of long term guests so there were fewer bookings this year.  I think the Super Host designation is set up for the host listing that has short term bookings and not long term hosting.  Since you have 3 listings, if you are open to short term bookings, you should quickly qualify once again.

thx for the swift (and clarifying) answer!

@Benjamin277 the SuperHost evaluation is not counting total trips; it is counting the number of trips you hosted in the previous 12 months.

Only trips in from the most recent 12 months count for the SuperHost total.

thx for the swift (and clarifying) answer!
