Why won’t Airbnb collect security deposits and hold them like every other platform online? Additionally back hosts up when they have problem guests who break rental agreements that we would charge fees for?? Or extra guests, excessive laundry etc.

When can my listed space get verified?

As a host, I am unable to block out dates on the calendar. It simply does not respond. I use Internet Explorer with Google. I was your first member from Iowa, back in 2008, and I currently have a place in Palm Springs listed with you. Please help.
