As a host, I am unable to block out dates on the calendar. It simply does not respond. I use Internet Explorer with Google. I was your first member from Iowa, back in 2008, and I currently have a place in Palm Springs listed with you. Please help.

Is there plans to ask guests about the breakfast offered?

Why do Airbnb Customer Service staff, seemingly, not have any automy in the way they respond to calls and emails?
