Hi All ! I am starting to host multiple units across California, US for AIrbnb only and specifically. Is there is a list of cities which there are restrictions from hosting? I heard Santa Monica is one of the cities on the restriction list .

The price I input for my listing for up to four people is $125 then $6 per person in excess of 4 people. However, when a search is done for 4 people, the price is showing up as$168. What am I doing wrong? Any help is appreciated. Thanks. Latest reply by Rebekah9
