I own a house and it's listed on Airbnb by my tenant who has now left. Is there anyone at Airbnb who will remove my house since they tell me by e mail the tenant has to do it.

How do you contact a someone at AirBnb to remove your house if someone else has listed it? Sound funny? It's not.
