directions

Hi There

I usually like to send directions to guests before arriving.  I have created a word document with photos to make it easy for guests to find us as it is a little tricky.  This has been working fine but for some reason, my last 3 lots of guests aren't receiving the file when I send it through to their airbnb email address, not sure if something has changed.  The file is 7MB.  Any ideas as to what I can do here?

I suggest saving it as a PDF. That might help in upload

I want to change my directions.  There used to be a category "Directions" but this is no longer there.  Where is it?  Thanks!

@Liza3, go to Dashboard -> Calendar and More -> Location. Click on that, and you can edit "Directions and helpful tips".

I have the same problem: No "Directions" section. I have followed your instructions and get as far as "View Calendar and more"  but there is no section "Directions and helpful tips". I KNOW FOR SURE our guests are receiving the directions because they're calling me on my old number--this is what I need to change but cannot access it.
