Sadly the help topics just lead you round in circles - as a host with a technical issue, currently the only way to contact Air BnB is via the relevant phone number in the country in which you're hosting.

I need to change my account details as a host receiving payments so by this, I mean my bank details. Recently, I hosted and the monies was sent to an old and closed bank account. I know the monee was returned to Airbnb and I too, have spent at least an hour reading reading yet irrelevant articles....Help, please! I would very much like to talk with someone to rectify my situation. Thanks

At least you got the money. My payment from a monthly guest is now a week past due, still shows as "pending"

The help section is not helpful ! You go around in circles. I just want to find out where my payment is and there is no way to contact

them. Very aggravating! I used one area and had to put in $1 just to ask a question, they sent it to my guest. I'm frustrated with this.
