I was insured with Proper for 1 year. Now they are saying that they can't cover me anymore because I rent out multiple rooms and sometimes there are different groups of guests in the house at the same time. Really weird because that was disclosed at the outset and I'm not sure why it's a problem now.

Richard there are multiple carriers that will cover homesharing activities such as Airbnb, VRBO, Etc.  I offer quotes from many carriers, including Proper.  Please contact me if you have any questions or would like a quote for your property.
