pre aproval

Hi,

I pre aproved a guest last night but now airbnb is telling me that I can't do that because those dates are not available, even though on my calendar they are. Another guest has requested in the meantime overlaping dates and I haven't responded as I'm afraid I might lose both. Help please?

@Emma180  I see that your listing has limited availability with most dates open in May.  Is that what you intended?  I also see that you have a two night minimum.  If any part of a booking request does not meet your criteria, the automated message would be that the dates are not availlable.  In any case, you might need to speak with Air BNB representative to sort this out.  See the community guide on this site for a list of country specific phone numbers.  You may need to wait on hold a while if you call during high volume times.  Good luck
