Can I have a custom cancellation policy for a specific booking?

Hi All,

I have a lady wanting to stay at my apartment. She's staying nearby her eldery parents who are celebrating their 61st wedding anniversary in London.

She's said she wants to book, but there is a small chance her parents health could curtail the trip. Basically she's asked me if I would flex on my current strict cancellation policy. I said I'm happy to do so in this particular case, but I'm not sure how I set a custom calcellation policy for one specific booking. Is that even poissible? Or is it simpy something we have to agree between us?

@Rob69, perhaps you could ask if she has travel insurance that would cover the possibility of a cancellation (transport or accommodation). 

Or you could set up a flexible policy just for that booking, and then change it back to 'strict' once the booking has been confirmed. If the guest does need to cancel, the policy in place at the time of booking will come into effect.
