Can you charge extra for AC usage?

I HAVE TWO UNITS IN THE ORANGE COUNTY AREA AND WANTED TO GET SOME INPUT ON IF THERE IS ANY RECCOMENDATIONS ON GETTING AC UNITS WORTH IT MOST OF OUR GUEST EVERYONE CAN AGREE ON THIS READ RULES 20% PERCENT OF THE TIME ANY SUGGESTIONS ??????

No, I don't charge extra for AC.  We host on-site and our home has central air and have a wifi thermostat so it can be adjusted remotely.  The thermostat also works well in the winter to turn down/up the heat.

To us it is considered one of the costs of doing business.

No I don't charge separately for using the air conditioner. Each of my rooms have their own units and the guest chooses the temperature. When figuring my nightly rate I figured in 12 hours of use. There have been guests who use less and others who use more but in the end it seems to even out. When you start nick picking prices you turn off guests.

To be honest I found your question very hard to follow, no puntuation and all in caps. I appreciate many here will not be using English as their main language but it makes it hard to give an answer to something we can't understand!

If you are asking ' how much Air conditioning should a guest expect to be able to use',  then I would say, that is up to the guest. They are paying you for the comfort of your property and don't want to be faced with different restrictions. 

With my property I have an overide on my airconditioning that will only allow for a 6c window of adjustment and if a guest goes out and leaves the airconditioning running I can turn it off remotely and re-activate it as they return!

I do not charge separately for the use of airconditioning, the cost of running it is built into the listing amount, some guests will use more, some will use less, I just set my nightly rate on the average.
