I got this message when I tried to list my second property.  Anyone know why? 

I contacted airbnb twice now and have no response.

This is the message:

Security Check Required

For your security, we would like to further verify your account. Please contact us to finish listing your space.

@Tunie0 You've probably already resolved this issue as I see your listing is alive and well.  For future reference you should bookmark this page about how to tell if an email is from Airbnb.

Did you resolve this?  I am desperate - I have sent the help centre countless messages but they do not respond.  It has been weeks now

@Leigh9 Can you give more details about your circumstance.  Your listing is live and I see no problems with it

Hi - it's my second listing that I cannot post.  After a week of sending desperate emails the Help Desk finally contacted me, but they can't fix it either!!! They tried from their side and got the same message and problems.  At least now I am on the "urgent attention" list.  Very frustrating and concerning considering how many help messages I have sent and the pathetic lack of response.  It certainly does not inspire confidence!

 

 

Aloha I have found it best to call them at their 415 number 😞  they have been very helpful  sometimes you do have to wait a while but worth the effort for me 🙂

Hallo I get bookings over SMS for our Guestflat I answer it to say the Flat is booked out for this time ,Iwhen I answer I get an SMS back to say I have more that one Account how could it be? I only have one Account

I would like to change payout preference and would like to pay money earned up to now

Was publishing the second listing and it could not finish the process.

I have the same problem. I am a host and i have a payout ready for me. however whenever i tried to add payout method i got a message that says, "

I am from the Philippines and I cant call Airbnb Customer Service. Ive emailed them a number of times but I havent got any response. Please if anyone can help me what to do?

I just waited for their response. thats the only thing I can do. Fortunately after a week they respond and i got my account back.

Hi Security Check

 

I wish to publish another listing on airbnb, however, when I press publish it says, muy account have been disabled.

 

Background history as a Host:

I am new to airbnb

Had challenges in the settings of my first listing and also payout preference.

This has now been resolved via talking on the phone to your representative.

 

I now want to publish another listing, however, have be advise I need contact you for help with my security.

 

Pleae help me
