I have an ottoman for the guests to put their suitcase on, but I noticed this guest has her suitcase on top of the bedspread. Would a note on the dresser be appropriate for the next guest? Latest reply by Luxy0

asked guests about what happend they said they didn't use it. we're pretty sure it was in working condition before they checked in, what should we do in this kinda situation? should we consult Airbnb and get some refund from their deposit? Thanks! Latest reply by Michelle74
