I contacted airbnb twice now and have no response.

Hi - it's my second listing that I cannot post. After a week of sending desperate emails the Help Desk finally contacted me, but they can't fix it either!!! They tried from their side and got the same message and problems. At least now I am on the "urgent attention" list. Very frustrating and concerning considering how many help messages I have sent and the pathetic lack of response. It certainly does not inspire confidence!
Aloha I have found it best to call them at their 415 number 😞 they have been very helpful sometimes you do have to wait a while but worth the effort for me 🙂

This has now been resolved via talking on the phone to your representative.
