I've seen people saying they use WheelHouse for pricing what has your experience with them been. They seem to price me a lot higher than I am most of the time, but really lower for closer dates. The pricing per the online chat I just had indicates that this would be the base pricing for 6 and the extra guest charge of $20 for guests 7-12 would be added. Is their pricing working for you? Can you override some prices? Is it worth the costs?
Thanks in advance for any insight into this. It's the first time I've check into a pricing program.
@Letti0 I have been using wheelhouse for several months and I'm never going back. 🙂 It seems to price effectively for all three of our places-- much higher than Airbnb's recommendations, and higher/more variable than I would price myself. And bookings are happening. So I'm happy with it, but I don't have that much experience pricing vacation rentals on my own. I really like not having to worry about pricing for holidays, etc.. My only complaint is that it does not directly integrate with all platforms, e.g. VRBO and Booking.
@Lisa723 Thanks for the information I believe @Matthew285 in San Fransico also uses it. So am I correct in assuming you set a base price and they add extra guest charges to that price they set? Or is the whole unit the whole unit one base price?

Wheelhouse sets only the Airbnb base nightly rate. Your extra guest charges still apply, over that. They offer recommendations re. ranges and strategies, which you can override. (So far I haven't seen any need to do that.)
You also set your minimum stays in Wheelhouse.
it lacks a couple of features I could not live without. Mainly the ability to set separate weekend pricing. You can make it higher by a percentage but not a set minimum amount.
