I did not receive a prompt to write a review

Our guests just left and usually I recieve a prompt to write a review. I haven't recieved this yet from airbnb. I would like to write a review but can't seem to find out how to do it without the link from airbnb.

Lots of people complaining about the same thing - something else gone wrong with their system. We always got an invite to review a day after our guests left (or on the day they left) = this time we are waiting and waiting .....as are many others...

Same here! My guest left on Sunday morning, still haven't gotten the review prompt 😞

The Tech team are aware of the delay with the review notifications and I am passing on the reports coming through the CC. I do believe that the notifications are still reaching hosts they are just slightly delayed, so I hope you receive yours soon.

Same problem here. Just posted a related message to the community before I found yours. Is there a way around this problem? Can't find how to post the review without the link in the email prompt. Thanks for your help. /Cgp

Same here in NZ. Guests been gone over two weeks and no prompt to review we've had three lots through like this now. Best regards Sherrie in New Zealand and they've all been great guests

Same for me. My guest left on Sunday. They say "contact us if you still don't get a prompt" but I have no idea how to do so. Contacting airbnb directly is kinda hard  for obvious reasons 🙂

My guest actually sent me a message to say she hadn't received the prompt either, and was unable to leave a review.

Hi Amy - The number to call is 855-424-7262. When I explained what was happening to the Airbnb service rep, the agent sent the prompts manually to me and to my guest. Hope this helps.

HI Carmen, and Amy, this number doesn't work from New Zealand! Do you know if it should ahve a prefix? You are also right - it seems impossible to reach anyone at airbnb to get some help. It used to be straightforward though.

I understand. In your case, I suppose the prefix should be 1, which is the USA country code. Hope it works!

My guests left on Tuesday 12 July and I still haven't had a prompt to write a review - the two weeks are now almost up. I am wondering whether this has had something to d wiht changing my password through facebook?
