I just got an inquiry that was incorrectly priced- it didn't reflect special pricing for part of the requested visit. I declined, but how do I prevent this from happening again?
Hi Clare, the problem was actually in my pricing. Long term stay was priced wrong at my end. Possibly I accidently marked $77 per month. all was fixed after contacting customer service. Thank you
I am having the same problem regarding my supposedly future guests. I had 5 inquiries/booking waiting for my approval. The problem is, they saw a price much lower that what I placed in my account. I checked and changed it but I still got 2 more inquiries that came with the same low price. Now I changed to smart pricing and waiting if it will solve my problem.
