Payment method showing error but no detail

My guests checked in 22 Dec already and I still haven't received my payout. Loggin in now shows an error next to my default payment method. I've tried their online chat three times and everytime they say they cannot resolve the issue and will transfer me to the correct team and then I don't here from them again. Does anyone have an email address I can use to try and resolve the issue?
