Hello, I'm seeking some guidance in resolving a payout issue for a cancelled reservation. For some unknown reason AirBnB withheld $167 from that payout. I've opened up three support tickets and all have been closed without a resolution or even a notification of why the support ticket had been closed. I am completly frustated at this point and have spent at least 6 hours on the phone tryint to resolve. Can anyone please offer a suggestion on escalating this to a case manager who can address and resolve? Thank you much in advance!
