Pricing Issues

Hi there 

I've got a listing with smart pricing on and I have set a minimum and maximum price.

Today I got a booking for less than 1/3 of the minimum per night.

In calendar view I see my Min price up top and I see my maximum price on the days either side but it's showing the new price as the reservation price and I don't know how it's got the price.

Please help

Did this issue get resolved for you? I've had the same problem now, where a booking was made for less than my baseline price on Smart Pricing. I have tried contacting Airbnb support but so far I am getting nowhere with them. I don't want to cancel the people who have booked, but they managed to get a booking at peak season for my ski condo for a fraction of the going rate. I'm really upset with the Airbnb platform right now.

I do not use Smart Pricing, anything but Smart, and you will find most people wha have been doing this for a while would not use it.

Strongly suggest you do not use it, and do not use IB either, at least until you have some booking under your belt.

ABB system can be glitchy but this problem seems more common with new hosts so I am inclined to think it is the way the Host has set it up.
