Has Airbnb done anything to fix the glitches with the dashboard. I have found that the dashboard is consistently missing guest arrivals and departures. This is a major problem since we are managing multiple listings and the calendar is not easy to use.

One of my guests included my full name (first and last) in their review and I want them to edit it to take my name out, but it looks like AirBnB doesn't offer that option, nor does it allow them to delete their review and leave a new one. Help!
