Is it that they tell you what a great place you have, you found them to be courteous, clean, respectful etc and you write a review accordingly......then after 14 days they get a glowing review and you get squat!I'm not sure of the fairness here, can anyon...

I have spent a lot of time, trying to leave a review for the last guest and after writing all of the details, putting in the "stars" etc, I pushed the thumbs up, then SUBMIT and it would not accept the review and just kept going back to the beginning...gr...

I had a guest who cancelled the booking -the cancellation is strict so a full refund should have come through-to date 5 days after he should have checked in I have not recieved any funds? Any ideas what i do next?

I have a Instant booking for 3 guests for 8 nights. The guests contacted me to say that 1 of guests will be staying for 3 night and they would like a refund. How is this generally handled? Am I obligated to issue a refund?
