Why doesn't my listing appear, if I type in available dates and locations that I set? Airbnb gives around 22 options with a message: only 22 left, but my listing is not there.

Hello. I have a flat in Romania which I listed on Airbnb a while ago. Now the owners of the building where my flat is say that I need their approval and the neighbours approval to continue to host the flat on Airbnb and that we should change the flat's in...

So, i recieved a RSV today, and the cleaning fee wasnt charged, anyone knows what can i do?, it's not like i feel going to the guest and asking for that money... i've been reading its kinda like a glitch on Airbnb website.
