one night only pricing

out of interst, I cant see a way to make a one night only price variation. Say $5.OO more.

Is there a way to do this?

I would put it under the HOUSE RULES with "payable upon arrival".

I would be careful as you are not suppose to take payment outside of Airbnb and could get shut down.  Not the best advice!

There kind of is a way of doing this by adding a cleaning fee. the cleaning fee applies to all reservations but it is the same irrespective of amount of stay so you get more if someone only stays one night.  I have a small fee that wouldnt really cover the cost of a cleaning but means I get more money for a shorter stay (which does mean more cleaning and laundry).

I use beyond pricing for adjusting my price. Price is normally 30% higher if its a one night booking.
