Sep 13, 2022 I contacted the airbnb support because I believe I haven't been evaluated properly about the superhost status.

Sep. 21, 2022 still waiting for support...

In addition I don't see the detailed rate for my reviews....

Don't know if this is relevant to your case, but some hosts have been experiencing a glitch with their Superhost statistics:
