Buongiorno @Elisa ,

one of the areas of my Venice home that my guests appreciate the most is our kitchen, which in addition to being super-equipped (we use it a lot when we go to Venice) has a door that directly overlooks the Venetian canal of Rio Maggiore! You just have to be careful not to run out lest you end up soaking in the canal! 😂

My guests seem to mention the tub in the bathroom and the "artsy" vibe, I guess  you can say?  They like the live plants in the unit.  The place isn't sterile, so that may be what is appealing...
