B&B hours.

What hours of occupancy does B&B regularly mean and how does one broach this with a guest who does not leave the house during daytime ?  Perhaps it could be added to T&C ?

There is no parricular expectation that guests must leave the listing during the day.  You need to add this to your house rules and really highlight it in your listing if that's what you want.  But  the new rules would only apply to future guests.
