Hi, I made a booking for last July 8 to 9 under the hosting of Ms. Merian. I sent  payment several times through debit card but it says booking didn't pushed through. Even to Ms. Merian, the host, it showed as cancelled. But upon checking my online banking, my four (4) payment attempts got debited. I checked on mobile app my trips yesterday afternoon, July 9 but nothing was succesfully booked, but upon checking though desktop earlier, 4 trips was shown. Contacted the host but according to her it shown as cancelled. Please let me know how we can fix and do the refund. Your prompt response would be highly appreciated. Thank you!

We're only other hosts here, you need to contact Airbnb directly to discuss payments.
