Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. I'm really sorry for everyone who's experiencing payout delays.

 

We are indeed aware of the situation and I'd like to thank everyone in the CC who's been logging any issues they have on this.

 

We've been flagging it with the team internally, so hopefully we'll have an update on the matter soon.

@Lizzie The payout has been received today by our bank. Thanks again for your support.

 

The issue seems to persist with some of the hosts here. In order to build up the trust it would be helpful to receive an official statement of ABB, explaining what they do to solve the issue. Can you organize this for us? I am sure this would be appreciated by the community here.

I too have several pending payments dating back from June and July 2020. Airbnb CS has not responded to my request for help. I'd greatly appreciate any flagging or escalating you can do on my behalf.

Thanks @Nick. Yes, I contacted CS and have not received a response in 4 days. The dates for the pending payments are July 4, 6, 7, 11, 13, 15 and are related to one stay where the guest extended her days.

It seems that hosts keep having trouble receiving the payouts from ABB. We had the same issue but after escalating it to the top level of ABB it has been resolved within 24 hours (see my earlier posts here and in the German community). Meanwhile, our next guests have arrived and we have already received the payout. 

 

As a punctual payout is crucial for us as hosts, we would very much appreciate if ABB could analyse the problem and come up with a statement why these issues persist and until when they will be resolved.

 @Nick @Lizzie can you please help the hosts here?

@Edwin11 @Deidre1 @Sophie1591 @Roman149 and all the other affected hosts, can you keep us updated here in the community?

@Sophie1591  the forum tech can be glitchy sometimes, but it can also be the content that the algorithms flag. Are you trying to insert links or something like that? If it's just written text you are trying to post, then I'd assume it's some sort of glitch.

Update. Thank you everyone that is helping. I have received message from airbnb support saying that the issue is with guest’s payment method. Checking with guest now. 


I also realize there is a stuck payouts from 18 feb 2019 😅. Any suggestion of what should i do for this stuck 2019 payouts?
