If you mean the guest is late checking out, click the link to contact airbnb and they will contact your guest Contact-Airbnb-A-Community-Help-Guide

If something else please give more information.

@Jeff158 the guest have left but have not checked out/completed the Airbnb app. Will this affect my payment? I found lots of info if the guest won’t leave but nothing about the incomplete booking process thank you for your suggestions. Cheryl

There is no checkout process, the Guest just leaves.
