There are so many people hosting in Miami yet Associations and county/city giving hosts such a hard time? What apartment buildings allow it or where are short term rentals not restricted?

Hello community, We offer 3 night minium reservations except for certain weeks a year - Christmas, New Years and Easter. Is it possible to set a minimum of 7 nights on those weeks and leave it at 3 nights the rest of the year? Thank you Latest reply by Steve143
