Hi,Can anybody help me, if I book a Hoel thorough Airbnb, and then visa application refuses what to do, as this is the primary requirement for visa application, Air tickets ok I can manage.

a guest booked as if it was for herself. She is sending someone else (an employee supposedly?) Should I let the person stay? am I covered? I cannot find a customer service phone number, email or live chat? any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
