We did not make Super Host last year because we missed out on responding to guests a couple times. We are leaving the county for 2 weeks and Internet will be sketchy what do we do to avoid this from happening again? Latest reply by Lydia0

I hosted a guest that has been here before back in September and the payment was never made to me. It's still in my "Future Payouts" list. Does that mean the credit card they used bounced or does it mean airbnb has forgotten to pass those dollars on to me... Latest reply by Deborah0
