28x SuperHost here… been around long enough when AirBnB wasn’t the trashy, ineffective call center it is today.
Me: Hi AirBnB. I had a guest that never arrived. They left a fake, retaliatory review because I declined to alter their reservation or refund them. Can you please remove the fake, retaliatory review?

Supervisor: can you send a picture of the guests not there to prove they didn’t stay? Otherwise we can’t remove the review.
