Trying to resolve an issue with a stay where we had to cancel due to the unclean conditions in the beds. I found this forum for hosts but cannot find anything for guests.
I feel like I am about to lose all of the money I spent and be really upset. Is there a resource I can use to find out how to resolve my issue? My resolution agent says to file a claim. When I try it says this reservation is not eligible for the resolution center. Also when I click the leave review button it says will not let me.
Any guidance is appreciated.
FYI, something crusty on my sheets. I didn't mind the missing smoke detector, neither bathroom doors latched, or broken sofa. Just wanted a clean bed and I was happy.
