I have a request and I am not sure it is legitimate. The request shows the person is a member of airbnb since Oct. 2016 and that they have 4 reviews. But when I go to their page, there are no reviews. Latest reply by Babs0

When you ask a new guest who has no reviews to tell you something about themselves, the clock on responding to their request keeps ticking (with respect to maintaining response rate). It makes no sense to accept them if you do want the information before... Latest reply by Clare0
