I have less booking than last year , as we do provide all the guest needs and we had lowered our rates as well but still have less booking and reviews. Pls help us , any suggestions?
I notice in a few reviews where you state you will make upgrades. Has that been done? Your overall rating is low. This is probably what is causing no bookings. Also, any mention of mold and/or dampness by a guest is a definite turnoff. Make sure these things are corrected.
Good day , yes we do upgrade some of the things and still there is low bookings . Abt the mold , since it was cool plc the mold is easy to get but we still doing our best to get it out . Regardless i had given a review to the guest who check out but there is no any review that i get it , so this is how i do get less booking . Hope to get this notify.
