It's really easier to work as a property manager if the owner really cares about maintenance. Well, your occupancy rates honestly look really strong and that alone will probably stand out to a lot of owners here. Consistently keeping tenants happy while maintaining properties well is harder than people think. Sounds like you’ve built a solid reputation over time.
