    I have a guest that wants to book my place for 4 months, renewing every 2 weeks until April. How would one accommodate this while keeping the place from getting booked being that he wants to renew every 2 weeks. Any guidance would be appreciated. Thanks Latest reply by Chris21090

    Should I be forced to refund guests who book non-refundable options to save money then just because they didn't bother to read the listing description they call Airbnb support to plead their case? It seems people use the non-refundable option only as a ... Latest reply by Joan2709
    Have a few properties on Airbnb over the years and this is the first time I've had this happen. Today I have a guest who did a same day booking request for 3 days this weekend. I accepted thinking it was a standard booking as it didn't look any different.... Latest reply by Beredis0
