I have had two lots of guests booking on the same date, I cannot host two lots of guests at the same time. I have tried to decline the second lots of guests and the system will not accept it! I declined today. I am NOt happy ..... extremely disappointed.

Airbnb does not give my guests the correct address, directions or map. How can I get this fixed? I believe it is a Google Maps issue but whatever it is, is causing stress for my guests and me!

Someone request to stay and it is in my house rules no children 2 to 12, but they have a 5 and 7 year old. If I decline it will negatively impact my account. How can they send a request if it's in my rules that it isn't suitable for kids? what do I do??
