It's easy. Pick up guests from car, offer a hot or cold drink, it could be a glass of water or cup of tea or coffee. Show around house, eg. Toilet , Fire Exit, Cooking facilities etc. Guests will love you!!! Latest reply by Helen3

To compare listings ranking on different platforms, I just went to the airbnb website, not the app. As it sometimes happen when I'm on my Ipad, the first letter got gobbled up in the website address, so I went to irbnb.com. Guess where that took me? >>>>... Latest reply by Annette33

I've host a number of guests since then (this summer) and cannot say who the culprit could be. I am aware that Air BnB doesn't cover this kind of loss, but I wonder if they can cross reference guests with other such occurances/complaints.The pieces stolen... Latest reply by David126

My listing has prices between £147 - £151 per night for the period 20th - 26th December. However if you try and book these dates it gives a price of £180 x 6. We are not receiveing any bookings as it is to expensive at £180. Why does it not show the price... Latest reply by Marit-Anne0
