Why is airbnb overriding the rate I am setting. I dont want to use the price tips and my rate has worked better for me most of the time. I updated the rate and switched of price tips but still the same issue. Latest reply by Susan307

I prefer week long bookings at the height of the season but am happy with 3 or sometimes 2 in the winter but there seems no way of doing this. It wuld be great if, as well as defining the price on the calendar, you could set the minimum length of booking.... Latest reply by Sheri-and-James0
