We always received "Reservation confirmed" straight after we sent out our acceptance of the "Reservation Request". We wonder if the booking would have been paid when the Reservation Request was sent to us.

Since our Airbnb suite is within our home, our expectation for stays longer than one night is that guests are out for the better part of the day (10-4). Is this a fair expectation? Any suggestions on how to communicate this AND sound welcoming as well?
