We do not rent out the garage/shop area of our home. There is a locked door preventing guest from entering that space. Is it necessary to disclose the presence of a security camera in that area since it is not rented and not accessible to guests? Latest reply by Lorna170

Our rental has a refrigerator and sink, microwave, countertops and cabinets, but no stove, so no cooking. I plan on providing coffee cups and glasses, but should I stock the cabinets with dishes if there is no cooking? Thanks for your help! Latest reply by Lorna170
